Recreational Vehicle (RV) Parking

All RVs parking on campus will park in the Duck Pond Overflow Lot (except during the football season). Visitors that park an RV on campus need to obtain a Visitor Permit from the Visitor Information Center, located on Southgate Drive. RV parking on campus will cost the same amount as Visitor Permit which currently is free.

The Visitor Center will direct RVs to park in the Duck Pond Overflow Lot. The RV dump, located in Duck Pond Lot, is the only authorized site for use by RVs. If the Duck Pond Lot is full, RVs should park in the C/G section of the Duck Pond Road Lot, located at the intersection of Washington Street and Duck Pond Drive.

The VT Athletic Foundation (231-6618) will manage RV parking during football game day. Parking in the RV spaces in the Maintenance Lot will be authorized no more than one day before to one day after game day. RV parking in other lots may be allowed if permission is granted in advance by the Manager of Parking Services or the Director of Transportation.
