Business Administration

The Business division oversees several functions. The division is responsible for budget development, cash flow management, contract negotiation for the procurement of construction, design and construction related services, and project cost accounting.

In addition, the Business Administration division is responsible for capital project approval processes including documentation to initiate and close capital and non-capital projects.
