Facilities Records
The mission of the Facilities Records unit is to serve as a resource center which receives, stores, disseminates and provides user access to building and infrastructure archival information. This information is routinely used by project designers, contractors, maintenance and operations personnel, faculty, staff and students.
Records Inventory
The Facilities Records unit maintains the following records in electronic and/or print format:
- Project Drawings
- Project Manuals and Specifications
- Project Submittals
- Building O&M Manuals
- Facilities Studies and Reports
Services
The following services are provided by the Facilities Records unit:
- Management and operation of the Plans Library
- Administration of the digital records system (Vaultix)
- Review of project design submittals for compliance with university CAD standards
- Reproduction of inventory records
- Document scanning
Vaultix Digital Records Library
Access digital records and building information online with Vaultix. Internet Explorer 5+ is required.

Vaultix FAQ
After clicking Login, the login screen comes right back up with a message saying "Invalid Login".
If the login screen comes back with the message "Invalid Login", it means that the entered Username, Password or both are incorrect. If you believe that you have a valid Username and Password, try entering it again. Watch for spelling errors and make sure no spaces are entered.
The Username and Password are not case sensitive.

I was logged in successfully, but when I went back to the screen, the login form pops back up with the message "Your session has timed out due to inactivity. Please login again." (example screenshot). Why?
The Vaultix Web Publisher has a built-in security feature that times out inactive sessions. If your session in inactive for longer than the specified time-out period, you will be asked to login again. This is not an error. The system merely signs you off of your account when not being used.
After entering my Username and Password and clicking Login, the login screen comes back with a message saying "This user account is not active or has expired". Why?
This means that your user account has either expired or has been flagged as inactive by the site administrator. Please contact Facilities Plans Libary Manager Christina King (231-1881) for assistance.
