Project Finance

The efforts of Project Finance support the delivery of accountable, competitive, and diverse resources to construction projects throughout campus.

Project Finance is responsible for the following activities in order to facilitate all capital outlay approval processes including documentation to initiate, change order, and close capital and non-capital projects:

  • Budget development
  • Accounting
  • Analysis/reporting
  • Cash flow coordination
  • System administration
  • Contract management
  • Procurement for all construction
