Facilities Contracts

Facilities Contracts provides direct oversight for facilities procurement functions leading to the execution of contracts relating to capital construction projects, non-capital procurements, and other long-term agreements with contractors to provide professional services and/or related goods and services required for operations. The office serves as the primary point-of-contact for evaluating vendor performance with input from others, processing change orders when necessary, providing input for contract modifications, and providing input regarding renewals of contracts.
