Facility Use Agreements
A Facility Use Agreement (FUA) documents the assignment of university space between academic departments, auxiliaries, student organizations, and/or university related corporations. All FUA's are subject to University Policy No. 5420, Policy on Facility Use Agreements.
The Office of Real Estate Management is responsible for coordinating with various university departments and auxiliaries to negotiate the facility use agreement rates, as well as the terms and conditions of the agreement. Through negotiations with the various university departments and auxiliaries, the Office of Real Estate Management will prepare the agreements for execution and will process all related payments.
