Local access for emergency vehicles and deliveries will be available for Owens Hall and the Bookstore.
West Campus Drive – FULL road closure (inbound and outbound lanes closed) – July 13 - 24
Beginning July 13 through July 24, all inbound and outbound lanes of West Campus Drive will be closed in the area near the New Classroom Building. This is for installation of chilled water infrastructure. Please use alternate routes such as Main Street and the Route 460-Bypass.

Beginning May 26 through approximately Aug. 13, the outbound lanes of West Campus Drive will be closed in the general area from the New Classroom Building to Hahn Hall. Access to parking lots and loading docks will be maintained. There will still be inbound access on West Campus Drive, except from July 13 to July 24, when all lanes will be closed. The intersection with Perry Street should be open by July 13.
Turner Street - road closure beginning May 26 - July 13
Turner Street from Price Fork Road will be closed for approximately six weeks beginning May 26 for utility work related to the planned new construction on Gilbert Street. Turner Street from McDonalds to Private Drive will remain open. Employees and visitors of the North End Center and Collegiate Square will still be able to enter the garage from Private Drive or enter onto Gilbert Street at Wendy’s.
Stanger Street - road closure - July 13 - Aug. 13
There will be a full road closure related to the chilled water infrastructure project along Stanger Street from Barger Street to the Perry Street Extension. Loading dock and parking access will be maintained at the backside of Durham Hall at all times.
Holden Hall construction
Continuing through approximately November 2021, there will be ongoing pedestrian, parking, and road impacts surrounding the Holden Hall capital construction site. Construction fencing will enclose parking spaces and the sidewalk on the south side of Old Turner Street, as well as portions of sidewalk south of Holden Hall, and the alley and walkway between Holden Hall and McBryde Hall. Five new ADA spaces will be created on Old Turner Street, outside McBryde Hall, to offset the loss of ADA parking spaces in front of Holden Hall. Please follow all signs. Please view the latest impacts here.
