Renovations and Non-Capital Projects
We strive to provide the university with renovation projects that are safe, code compliant, and within defined budgets and construction milestones that are realistic in both design and construction. We will facilitate architectural and engineering design services, provide estimates of construction costs, and oversee the performance of the work by licensed and/or pre-qualified contractors.
