A team of project managers who will provide management during all phases of a capital project from concept through occupancy.

After a new capital project is authorized and the initial planning is complete, the Division of Campus Planning, Infrastructure, and Facilities will:

  • Provide design and construction management and construction quality assurance
  • Coordinate construction activities with university operations
  • Monitor specialized construction inspections/testing

The university currently uses three project delivery methods:

  • Traditional method (Design-Bid-Build)
  • Construction Management at Risk (CMAR)
  • Design-Build (D-B)
