Real Estate Management

Real Estate Management oversees real estate functions on behalf of the university. The unit is responsible for the granting and acquiring of easements on university property, the acquisition and conveyance of university property, the preparation of Facility Use Agreements, the arrangement of employee housing agreements, and leasing on behalf of the university.
